First part is dedicated to teoretical knowledge about company strategy, intellectual property, know-how, international trade. Next part describes Preciosa - Chandeliers company, its history and know-how. The last part will be dedicated to the Preciosa - Chandeliers company too, to their experience with a protection of intellectual property. And at last the project, which the Preciosa - Chandeliers company was engaged in few years ago, will be mentioned.Předmětem bakalářské práce "Význam know-how v podnikové strategii zaměřené na export`` je bližší seznámení se s problematikou duševního vlastnictví. Complexity in Prefix-Free Regular Languages

We examine deterministic and nondeterministic state complexities of regular operations on prefix-free languages. We strengthen several results by providing witness languages over smaller alphabets, usually as small as possible. We next provide the tight bounds on state complexity of symmetric difference, and deterministic and nondeterministic state complexity of difference and cyclic shift of prefix-free languages.Comment: In Proceedings DCFS 2010, arXiv:1008.127

katedra: KOB; rozsah: 84 s.The topic of this diploma thesis is "Business of the Czech Company in the Glass Industry and its Cooperation with the Irish Company". The subject matter of this work is to acquaintance with Outsourcing issues and then this teoretical knowledge use in practise. The target od this diploma thesis is evaluation of cooperation between Preciosa - Lustry, a. s. and Waterford Crystal, Ltd. The first part of this work is dedicated to the teoretical knowledge; firstly about the member of the European Union - Ireland and then about the Outsourcing. Next chapter describes companies Preciosa - Lustry, a. s. and Waterford Crystal, Ltd., their history and development. Last chapter then look into concrete problems and contributions which are connected with coopertion of these companies. In the end the cooperration is evaluated.Tématem diplomové práce je "Podnikání české firmy ve sklářském průmyslu a spolupráce s irským subjektem". Předmětem práce je seznámit se s problematikou outsourcingu a teoretické poznatky využít v praxi. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit spolupráci společnosti Preciosa - Lustry, a. s. s irskou firmou Waterford Crystal, Ltd. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům nejprve o členském státě Evropské unie - Irsku, poté se zaměřuje na teorii spojenou s outsoucingem. The system of employee's motivation in the company Dachser

This bachelor thesis deals with the system of motivation in a selected company. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to assess the system of motivation in the company Dachser Czech Republic a.s. and identify its strengths and weaknesses. The secondary goal is to determine whether motivation tools are changing because of the Covid19 pandemic. The theoretical part presents the concepts of motivation: work motivation, motivation theory and motivation tools. The methodological part describes the forms of research and its organization. The practical part describes the current system of motivation in the company Dachser Czech Republic a.s. based on a semi-structured interview. Furthermore, the results of the questionnaire survey are analyzed. The last chapter focuses on recommendations for Dachser Czech Republic a.s.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem motivace ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit systém motivace ve společnosti Dachser Czech Republic a.s. a identifikovat jeho silné a slabé stránky. Dílčím cílem je zjistit, zda se nástroje motivace mění v důsledku pandemie Covid19. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny důležité pojmy potřebné ke zpracování bakalářské práce: pracovní motivace, teorie motivace a nástroje motivace. V metodologické části jsou popsané formy výzkumného šetření a jeho organizace. V praktické části je představena společnost Dachser Czech Republic a.s. a na základě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru je popsán současný systém motivace. Modální slovesa vyjadřující epistemickou možnost v angličtině a jejich české ekvivalenty

Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést výzkum zaměřený na výskyt anglických modálních sloves vyjadřujících jistotní modalitu a jejich české ekvivalenty. Konkrétní autentický jazykový materiál je získán ze dvou beletristických děl, z anglického originálu a jeho českého překladu. Sekundární literatura byla studována, aby byla dosažena adekvátní znalost modality a modálních sloves, které vyjadřují jistotní modalitu. Během analýzy byla zkoumána čtyři modální slovesa (may, might, can a could) a v potaz byli vzaty i české ekvivalentyThe aim of this bachelor paper is to conduct a research that analyses the occurrence of English modal verbs expressing epistemic possibility and their Czech equivalents. The data required for the analysis are collected from two fictions, the English original and the Czech translation. The secondary literature was studied to provide a sufficient knowledge about modality and modal verbs expressing epistemic modality. The working environment and its impact on employee‘s satisfaction at Dachser Czech Republic a.s.

Diplomová práce se zabývá pracovním prostředím ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je posoudit pracovní prostředí a jeho dopad na pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců společnosti Dachser Czech Republic a.s. Dílčím cílem je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky stávajícího pracovního prostředí. Přínos práce spočívá v návrhu opatření k eliminaci zjištěných nedostatků a ke zlepšení pracovního prostředí. V teoretické části se nachází důležité pojmy kvypracování diplomové práce: pracovní prostředí, pracovní podmínky, pracovní spokojenost a typy kancelářských prostor. V části metodika jsou popsány formy výzkumného šetření a jejich organizace. V praktické části se nachází představení společnosti Dachser Czech Republic a.s. Současný stav pracovního prostředí je popsán na základě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru sněkterými zaměstnanci. Analýza výsledků dotazníkového šetření je podkladem pro případné změny a doporučení pro kladenskou pobočku společnosti Dachser Czech Republic a.s.The thesis deals with the working environment in a selected company. The main goal of the thesis is to assess the work environment and its impact on the job satisfaction of employees in the company Dachser Czech Republic a.s. The secondary goal is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current work environment. The benefit of the work is a proposal to eliminate identified deficiencies and improve the working environment. In the theoretical part there are important concepts of the working environment: work environment, working conditions, job satisfaction and types of office space. Forms of research and its organization are described in the methodological part. The practical part describes the current state of the working environment based on a semi-structured interviews with some employees of the company. The results of the questionnaire survey are analyzed. The last chapter focuses on recommendations for the company

Nursing of the woman in confinement

Nowadays, mothers can get information about the period of confinement by reading books and magazines and by browsing the internet. My goal was to find out whether women are informed about nursing care in confinement and whether they are satisfied with it. This thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a part of survey. The first part describes the history of confinement, the physiology and disorders that may occur at women in this period. It deals with the care about woman after her return home as well. In the second part of this bachelor thesis I confirmed this two hypothesis: 1. Women after the childbirth at the department of confinement are informed about the nursing care. 2. At the department of confinement, women after the childbirth are satisfied with the nursing care. The results can serve mainly nurses taking care of mothers at the department of confinement
